The Kunstkamera was the first museum to be established in
Russia. Peter the Great founded this marvelous establishment in
1727. Afterwards. In 1879, the Russian Museum of Anthropology
and Ethnography. Today, many tourists who travel to Russia are
keen to explore the museum.
The museums boasts a large collection of more than 2 million
items that illustrate various periods of the Russian history. Many
travel packages to Russia include a visit to the famous Russian
Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography.
Among the most impressive displays, there is the head of Willem
Mons. There is also a wonderful collection of portriats that date
back to the middle of the 19 th century and created by the renowned
famous artist; Pancho Fierro.
