Away from being one of the largest economic and cultural hubs in
Europe, Plovdiv is in fact the oldest human settlement in Europe.
Historical records assert that there was human life in the city more than
7000 years ago. Today, many tourists who spend their vacations in

Located on the banks of the River Maritsa, the fertile soil of the city

The Wawel Castle in Poland

Situated in the city of Krakow in Poland, The Wawel Castle is one of the
popular historical sites of the country. This huge residential castle was
constructed due to the orders of King Casimir III, who ruled over the
Kingdom of Poland during the 14 th century.
With an open courtyard at the center of the complex, the Wawel Castle
consists of different structures that represent various patterns and
architectural layouts of the medieval period in Europe. Due to its
architectural significance, the Wawel Castle was added to the World
Heritage List of the UNESCO in 1978. Today, the castle welcomes
hundreds of tourists everyday who enjoy their vacations in Poland.
After serving as the royal residence for hundreds of years, the Wawel
Castle was transformed into a museum in 1930 that is almost included in
all travel packages to Poland. A visit to the castle is considered a journey
in the architectural styles of Europe for the past five centuries.

The National Mosque of Malaysia

Located in Kuala Lumpur, the National Mosque of Malaysia is the
largest in the country. With a surface area that exceeds 53 thousand
square meters, the mosque can accommodate more than 15 thousand
worshipers. It is also among the highlight of the city commonly visited
by a large number of tourists who visit Malaysia.
Constructed in 1965, the National Mosque of Malaysia has two main
unique features. There is the distinctive minaret that is 73 meters long
and the main roof of the mosque that is made out of concrete with its 16
pointed stars. Many tourists who spend their vacations in Malaysia
admire these architectural details.
Other highlights of Kuala Lumpur include the Petronas Twin Tower,
Kings Palace, the National Monument, and Sultan Abdul Samad

statue representing the seven tribes that established Romania during the
19 th century.
The Heroes’ Square is one of the famous touristic attractions commonly

interesting Fine Arts Museum of Hungary.

The Cathedral of Zagreb of Zagreb is in fact the most famous landmark
of the city. It is also among the tallest buildings located in Zagreb. With
its two impressive towers, the Cathedral of Zagreb was constructed

The Sheikh Zayed Palace Museum

Located in the city of Al Ain, the Sheikh Zayed Palace Museum is
housed in a former royal palace that was the residence of Sheikh
Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
Constructed in 1937, Sheikh Zayed lived in the palace for more
than 20 years until 1966. The museum presents a wonderful
demonstration of how Arabian style palaces look like with many
various elements like Meeting room of men which was called Al
Majles and many other elements.
The Sheikh Zayed Palace Museum is also featured for hosting
some of the belongings of the former king of the United Arab
Emirates. There are factually many items to watch for. This is why
a visit to the palace and the museum is included in many travel
